After a vet consultation (in-clinic or via teleconsultation), your pet’s vet can issue a prescription. You can then place an order via our online store/pharmacy section. The pharmacy stocks trusted brands and ensures delivery to your home address. According to our Terms & Conditions, the pharmacy is part of our integrated services.

If you already have a prescription from another vet, you can check with us whether we can fulfil it.

Yes. At Pets First — we offer home care vet care services such as in-home vaccinations, Health checkup and home blood-collection for diagnostics.

You simply book the service via our Pets First Hospital app or website, choose a convenient slot and our trained staff will attend to your pet at home. This is especially useful if your pet is anxious or you prefer staying at home.

Online consultations are a convenient way to get veterinarian guidance from home — for example for preventive care, symptom check-ins or initial assessment.

However, for emergencies, complex surgeries or when physical examination, diagnostics or hands-on treatment are needed, an in-clinic visit or hospital stay may still be required. Our terms emphasise that online services do not replace emergency or specialised veterinary care.

We maintain a trusted pharmacy stocking recognised pet-health brands. Since we’re integrated with the vet-care side of things, medications are prescribed by qualified veterinarians and dispensed through our pharmacy system.

When you register your pet with us (via our app or website) and use our services, a profile is created that tracks your pet’s health history—consultations, vaccinations, diagnostics, medications and more. According to our service overview, we allow upload and management of records for your convenience. This enables you to view your pet’s health history, vaccination records, test reports and service bookings all in one place.

Yes, Pets First Health offers emergency care at select hospital branches. In case of an urgent situation, it’s best to call our hospital directly for immediate assistance. Our medical team is trained to handle emergencies such as accidents, poisoning or sudden illness. However, please note that emergency care availability may vary by location, so contacting us in advance is recommended.
